Shipping policy

Order processing: Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once your payment has been received and confirmed, usually within 1–2 business days of the transfer arriving. Digital products are delivered by email straight after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times: Our products ship from our partner warehouses. Delivery usually takes 10–25 business days depending on your location. Remote areas and peak seasons may take longer.

Tracking: We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Multiple items: Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Customs: Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
